Overview
This service uses Generative AI to analyze sales meetings and propose how the salesperson can improve on a number of evaluation points.
Usage
- Step 1: The user starts a Zoom meeting
- Step 2: The user copies the Zoom meeting ID into the dedicated field in the Attuned Sales Copilot app and clicks on Submit
- Step 3: The backend for the Attuned Sales Copilot app sends a request to join the ongoing Zoom meeting as a “bot”. The user accepts the request for the “bot” to join the call
- Step 4: The “bot” records the meeting and automatically leaves the meeting once the Owner has completed it
- Step 5: The backend for the Attuned Sales Copilot app converts the transcript from audio to text. The user clicks on Get Transcript to read through it
- Step 6: The user clicks on Analyze to have the backend for the Attuned Sales Copilot app to use Generative AI to evaluate the user’s performance as a salesperson and suggest improvements for the next meeting.
The user may kick out the “bot” at any time during the call.
The transcript is stored for 7 days.
