Justin by Attuned.ai
Overview
Justin is a Slack plugin designed to enhance the effectiveness of one-on-one meetings by providing busy managers with data-driven, actionable tips just in time (Justin 😀) for their meetings. With Justin, managers can gain a superpower to increase engagement with their team, fostering stronger relationships and more productive meetings.
Usage
- Step 1: The user allows Attuned access to their Google calendar
- Step 2: Justin identifies one-on-one meetings on the user calendar
- Step3: Justin send managers personalized tips in the Justin App space on Slack 10 minutes before the scheduled one on one meeting.
- Step 4: User gets a post-meeting feedback question one minute after the scheduled one on one meeting on the Justin App space on Slack
- Step 5: If users wish to opt out, they can do so by sending an email to Justin@attuned.ai
Installation
The app is installed as follow:
- The users allow for Attuned to access their Google calendar
- The owner of the Attuned account adds the Justin app to the Slack workspace and connects it to the Attuned account
Uninstallation
The app is uninstalled as follow:
- In order to remove the authority to access the user’s calendar, go to Google Accounts, then navigate to Third-party apps & services and remove the connection to Slack
- In order to stop receiving Justin tips, have the Admin remove the user from Attuned
